About the Project

MySkillFactory is a platform that complements a business training book written by Thomas Desrosiers, a recognized French businessman, entrepreneur, and author. The business training software seeks to strengthen the skills of professionals in their respective areas of development.

 
 
 

The Challenge

In just 5 weeks, we worked together to develop an intuitive platform for assessments. We emphasized the interface to give results as the professional takes the exam, and we implemented an algorithm in JavaScript to generate accurate scores.

The ROI behind this app has been so outstanding for MySkillFactory that they have commissioned more updates to their app to keep up with user demand. Soluntech continues to provide ongoing development to the platform.

Details Page

  • Each training course has different competencies. The user can see pending competencies and take them with a yellow button. A blue flag with the word ‘OBLIGATOIRE’ indicates that a course is compulsory to complete the training.

  • Completed competencies receive a score. The score is worked out using JavaScript and API calls to Knack objects.

The yellow button submits the competency results and marks the assessment as closed.
